Managing Director
Peter has over 30 years experience in embedded software development and commercialisation in New Zealand and overseas. He has a wealth of knowledge for the team to draw on with a broad Software and Engineering background. He has a BE(Hons) and ME, both in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Chief Technical Officer
Luke is an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial automation industry. Luke’s skills include Embedded Systems and Industrial Mobile Applications. As a strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering(Hons) focused in Electronics and Computer Systems Engineering from University of Auckland, Luke directly manages most of the projects at FlexWare.
Database & Back-end Team Lead
Mario’s team are Back-end systems experts. Mario is a senior database architect and systems analyst. His experienced team are Linux and network administrators that specialise in Back-end web development.
User Experience and Mobile Applications Team Lead
Alicia's team specialises in Enterprise Web Development and Front-end solutions for global clients, with a strong focus on user experience. The team creates customised solutions to best meet client needs.
Hardware Team Lead
When the hardware for your project does not exist, Robert's team create sophisticated circuit boards for your hardware to production ready status.
Firmware Team Lead
Ayaka and her team specialise in sophisticated firmware development. They have worked on a wide range of unique products including the development of RTOS systems, parameter handlers and robust over-the-air fault tolerant bootloaders

IEEE Practice Interviews
IEEE Practice Interviews are run by IEEE Student Committee at University of Auckland every year. It provides great opportunities for Electrical and Computer Engineering students to practice job interviews as well as meet potential employers. FlexWare attends the event regularly.
Brightsparks
Brightsparks encourages students to learn technology and holds annual nationwide competition. Peter has been involved as a judge since the competition started in 2000.

Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing
Congratulations to our former intern Emily Melhuish who was awarded a Google travel grant to attend the Grace Hopper: Celebration of Women in Computing Conference in Orlando, Florida October 2017.
