Role

In this position, you will be developing front and back end software applications for a number of exciting new projects to support our clients. Innovation and improved efficiency are always sought.

A diverse range of projects means you can be assigned to projects that best fit your skills and experience. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed to and learn multiple platforms and languages as well as gain familiarity and experience with different types of technology across multiple industries.

This position will have you working closely with our software development team members and project managers or senior leadership team as appropriate.

This position is for 0.8 – 1.0 FTE, depending on the applicant’s work-life requirements and skills.

Work Requirements

We are seeking an Full Stack App Developer with the following skills:

• We are seeking an Intermediate Level Full Stack App Developer with the following skills:

• Emphasis on server backend development.

• Experience in designing the full stack system.

• Knowledge on AWS/ GCP/ Azure platforms.

• Experience in web application development (React native, VueJS, etc).

• Experience in AWS IOT is a plus.

• Ability to learn new software languages and technologies.

• Asking for assistance as required to complete work in a timely manner.

• Good project management skills, aptitude and efficient work manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Software or Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent is required.

• A candidate with 2+ years of experience is preferred, although an exceptional graduate would be considered.

• There is also the possibility for a more experienced developer with the right skill set to provide management or mentoring support to our junior devs.

• To qualify for this role, you must be located in Auckland and authorised to work in New Zealand.
