Peter has over 30 years experience in embedded software development and commercialisation in New Zealand and overseas. He has a wealth of knowledge for the team to draw on with a broad Software and Engineering background. He has a BE(Hons) and ME, both in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Luke is an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial automation industry. Luke’s skills include Embedded Systems and Industrial Mobile Applications. As a strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering(Hons) focused in Electronics and Computer Systems Engineering from University of Auckland, Luke directly manages most of the projects at FlexWare.

Jamie and his team specialise in firmware development. They have worked on a wide range of unique products including low power IoT devices and embedded mobile equipment.

Mario's team is specialised in creating fully tailored solutions around Database Architecture, Linux and Network Administration. The team's diverse skill-set includes: PostgreSQL, Python, and low-level C, including Kernel development.

IEEE Practice Interviews
IEEE Practice Interviews are run by IEEE Student Committee at University of Auckland every year. It provides great opportunities for Electrical and Computer Engineering students to practice job interviews as well as meet potential employers. FlexWare attends the event regularly.
Brightsparks encourages students to learn technology and holds annual nationwide competition. Peter has been involved as a judge since the competition started in 2000.
